My maternity sessions are very relaxed, and we take it slow. There is no pressure, and the session is completely led by how comfortable you are. I aim to capture the emotions and love through my photography so you can treasure these memories forever. Please look below for any further information. If you have any questions please contact me, I’d love to hear from you!

Where does the session take place?

The maternity session can take place at either a location of choice or in my studio depending on what type of images you’d like to capture. The location can be discussed in our consultation.

Is there anything I need to bring or prepare for our session?

I encourage all clients to bring any sentimental items with them such as baby scans, little shoes or teddies to include in the photographs. If you are not using my client wardrobe please bring a couple of outfit changes.

How many people can there be in the session?

The session can include you, your partner and any of your other children if you have any.

Do you off Black and White photos?

I edit the whole gallery in Black and White and any image you purchase, you will also receive the black and white version too. Black and White are my absoloute favourite!! They need to be a must in your gallery.

Do you have insurance?

Yes I have public liability insurance.

What time of day is best for our outfoor Maternity session?

I reccomend ealry morning or late afternoon/early evening. The reason for this is because this is when the sun is at the perfect position, meaning there is less chance of harsh sunlight shadows in the images.

What is the process after our session?

You will receive an online gallery of up to 20 minimum images 2-3 weeks after our session. You can then choose your own images with your preffered digital image packages. You can simply add the photos you like to your cart and order them through the online gallery. I also offer additonal prints, Mounted Prints USB's and print boxes.

Do you offer prints?

I offer mounted matted prints in 3 different sizes.

What happens if it rains?

As we live in rainy England, the chances are high of it raining on any day of my booked sessions. I closely monitor the weather days before the session. I will be in touch the day before our session if heavy and wind is forcasted however if showers are forcased we will still go ahead. I will ensure there is places on our location that we can get shelter if needed.

Do I have to choose the digital image collection before our session?

No the only payment I require before the session is the session fee which is also a non-refundable deposit to secure our date. You then choose your digital image collection after seeing your full gallery. There is no obligation to even purchase any digital images.

How do I book?

Please fill out the contact form. I will then be in touch to schedule a video/online consultaiton. Here we will go over your session details, dates and times. I require the session fee as a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Alternitvely you can email me directly:

When is the best time to book?

I suggest booking after you find out your due date. The reason for this is because I can book up 2-3 months ahead and I would hate to turn anyone away! I reccomend booking for between 32-36 weeks as this is when the bump is the roundest and you aren't too uncomfortable.

What do I wear?

I have an amazing client wardrobe in my studio with a variety of maternity dresses to choose from. I have a changing room and a mirror too, so you can see what dress you prefer! Please feel free to bring any of your own outfits too and once you are here you can try some on! I recommend dresses that show off your bump. I will also send out a what to wear guide once you have booked with me with lots of tips and ideas of outfits!
